APPLICATION FOR RESTORATION, REHABILITATION, DOCUMENTATION, REVITALIZATION, AND OF HISTORIC BUILDING

Important information to be accompanied with application letter:

1. A Set of drawings/maps prepared by a registered architect/firm showing the existing situation and proposed changes, these drawings should include the:

1.1. Site Plan

1.2. Floor Plan

1.3. All necessary elevations

1.4. All necessary sections and

1.5. Engineering drawings

2.  A photo album showing the existing conditions of the buildings/site

3. Ownership status or proof of ownership of the building or site

4. Rehabilitation/ building or Development permit from Local government authority and other institutions mandated.

5. Brief project proposal explaining the proposed project
